Yes. Every plan ships with a 14-day trial on a copy of your own tenant — read-only access, no risk of touching production data. We'll walk you through it on a call if you'd like, or you can spin it up yourself from the dashboard.
Tenant data lives in the region you choose during signup — currently EU (Frankfurt) or US (Virginia). We never replicate across regions without an explicit migration request. Audit logs are end-to-end encrypted with per-tenant keys.

Self-hosted deployment is available on Enterprise plans for organizations with strict data-residency requirements. We support Azure and AWS as target environments, with a dedicated solutions engineer to help with the rollout.

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period with no fee. Annual contracts can be cancelled at renewal. We export your full audit log and configuration on request, so you can leave with everything that matters.
