Today we're launching CtrlConnect. It's the first post on this blog, so it seems right to start with why we built it and what it does.
Why we built CtrlConnect
Microsoft 365 grows every day. New Teams for every project, files shared with partners, licenses assigned to people who changed roles or left. None of it is a problem on its own — the problem is that nobody has a clear view of it all, and the answers are spread across admin centres, PowerShell scripts and spreadsheets.
We kept seeing IT teams spend their time chasing the same questions. Who can still open this site from outside? Are we paying for licenses nobody uses? Is this Team still needed, and who should decide? CtrlConnect is our answer: one place that turns Microsoft 365 data into clear next steps.
